This September 2014, 30 year-old Amber Geiger-Johnson was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast & Lymph Node Cancer. Amber is going to have chemo treatments followed by a complete mastectomy. Along with her husband Brad & children Zane (3) and Zoe (8 months), friends have planned a benefit to help defray cost of lost work, travel, & other expenses.
Rose and Wood, an original 14" x 18" x 1.75" acrylic painting on mounted birch, will be up for silent auction at the benefit on Saturday, November 8 from 4-9 PM, along with many other items donated by the community. All proceeds will be going to assist Amber and her family.
