Payment
Payment Options — Credit/debit card payments and PayPal accepted online through secure checkout.
Tax — Wisconsin residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax.
Unlisted Works — For works without an "Add to Cart" option, please contact me to inquire — should you decide to purchase, I will send a link for you to purchase the work through my site.
Reservations — Works may be held or reserved for 24 hours without deposit.
Layaway/Installment — Installment or layaway payment is available for purchases over $200 by request.
Returns
Return Policy — Returns and exchanges are accepted if initiated within 3 days of delivery. Please notify me as soon as possible to initiate a return or exchange.
Exclusions: Custom framed works are final sale.
All works are shipped fully insured. Please contact me promptly if damaged in shipment.
Shipping — The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and the item must be returned in same condition as received.
Packing a Return — If you need assistance with repacking, please contact me. If uncomfortable repacking works for shipment, you may prefer to have the work professionally packed and shipped.
Shipping
Items typically ship within 1-5 business days of purchase. Please watch for purchase- and shipping-related emails.
DOMESTIC
Works ship free to most US addresses* via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Works over 36" may require custom crating and additional time to ship.
Expedited shipping available by request; please contact me prior to purchase for a quote.
Signature (i.e., signature confirmation) is not required for delivery unless requested at checkout. Packages delivered without requiring signature may be left unattended/outside at the buyer's risk.
*Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses and non-continental US addresses may require additional charges (invoiced separately prior to shipping); please contact me before purchase for a quote.
INTERNATIONAL
Shipping to Canada, UK and Australia addresses via USPS Priority Mail International is now available at checkout (rate determined by approximate shipping weight).
All other international addresses: please contact me prior to purchase for shipping quotes.
Items will be shipped via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International. UPS/FedEx is available by request.
Customs, import and VAT fees, as charged by the receiving country, are the responsibility of the buyer. The full purchase value of each item purchase will be declared on customs forms.
ITEMS DAMAGED OR DELAYED/LOST
If you feel a package has been delayed, lost, or damaged in shipment, please contact me directly.
Pick-Up
Pick-up and delivery available upon request. Please contact me to coordinate prior to purchasing. Select the Pick Up option at checkout.
